Piedmont Varsity Wildcats notched five runs in the second inning. Jackson Harriger and Weston Thomas all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
Caleb Lunnon pitched Piedmont Varsity Wildcats to victory. The right-hander surrendered one run on one hit over five innings, striking out seven.
Gage Martinez took the loss for Guymon Tigers Varsity. Martinez lasted four and third innings, allowing eight hits and 11 runs while striking out one.

Fidel Hatch didn’t allow a single run as Piedmont Varsity Wildcats defeated Guymon Tigers Varsity 11-0 on Tuesday. Hatch allowed just one hit.
Weston Thomas led Piedmont Varsity Wildcats to victory by driving in four runs. Thomas went 2-for-3 at the plate. Thomas drove in runs on a single in the third and a triple in the fourth.
Piedmont Varsity Wildcats scored six runs in the fourth inning. Piedmont Varsity Wildcats put the pressure on, lead by an error on a ball put in play by Gabe Clyden and Dax Priddy, a triple by Thomas, and a single by Noah Smith.
One bright spot for Guymon Tigers Varsity was a single by Carson in the third inning.
