Piedmont Wildcats Blue defeated Bishop McGuinness Junior Varsity Irish 8-4 on Wednesday.
Piedmont Wildcats Blue opened up scoring in the first inning.  Jackson Elliott drove in one when Elliott singled.

Tyler Christenson got the win for Piedmont Wildcats Blue. The fireballer allowed zero hits and one run over four innings, striking out six and walking one.  Rance Proctor threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

#28 toed the rubber for Bishop McGuinness Junior Varsity Irish. The bulldog allowed one hit and four runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out two.  Peter Bilicki threw four and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Elliott went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Piedmont Wildcats Blue in hits.
