In order for each individual player and our program to improve, it is imperative that players play summer baseball. The additional experience gained is vital to the success of this program. Each player that plans on playing in the spring of 2022 is expected to play in the summer.

High School Information

• We will have two teams V and JV. Summer baseball will only be offered to those that played spring baseball. We will use the spring 2021 season to determine who will make the summer rosters.
• Teams will be coached by current Piedmont HS baseball coaches and college baseball players/former Wildcat players.
• All games will only be played on Monday – Wednesday.
• DH will be played every Mon, Tues, Wed = 6 games/per week.
• The Varsity will be playing in the OK College Series. We will play at a different college every Tuesday (there is one date on a Wednesday). We will play one 7-inning game on those days (there is one exception, we will play a DH at NWOSU). The colleges we will play at include Rose State, NWOSU, Redlands, NOC Enid, and NOC Tonkawa.
• Thursday – Sunday is open for travel ball, vacations, jobs, etc.
• The season will be 6 weeks long = 25+ games.
• Games may start on May 23rd and will go on until June 29th.
• Each player will be provided with a Dri-Fit Jersey included with the fee.
• Varsity will swing wood on Red Dirt League games and metal in the College Series. The JV will primarily swing metal.

Middle School Information

• We will have two teams, a 9th and 8th-grade team. Summer ball will only be offered to those that played spring baseball.
  Teams will be coached by current Piedmont HS baseball coaches and college baseball players/former Wildcat players.
• All games will be played Monday – Wednesday.
• The season will be 6 weeks long = 25+ games.
• Games may start on May 23rd and will go on until June 29th.
• Each player will be provided with a Dri Fit Jersey included with the fee.

Payment Information

• Cost = $300. Cash or Check is accepted. Please make checks out to Piedmont Baseball.
• $100 deposit must be paid by May 20th.
• All summer fees from previous summers must be paid off in order to play.
• Everyone must be paid in full by the end of the summer season.
• Payments can start being paid now for the high school teams. If your child is in middle school please don’t send payment until teams are made. We will let the middle school know when it is okay to pay.
