  • Moving forward steps are to properly document the equipment through the school district inventory and financial department.
  • Once the proper paperwork has been filed, we can further discuss the resell back to the company.

As we gear up for an exciting year, we want to ensure that all parents are informed and involved in supporting our young athletes. To that end, we are scheduling a Parent Meeting to discuss important details, expectations, and upcoming events for the year.  Your attendance and participation are highly encouraged and appreciated.

Here are the details for the meeting:

Date: Sunday, September 24th, 2023
Time: 4 pm
Location: Piedmont High School Cafeteria

Agenda:

• Welcome and Introductions
• Overview of the Upcoming Year
• Player and Parent Expectations
• Practice and Game Schedules
• Fundraising and Volunteer Opportunities
• Uniforms and Equipment
• Fill Home Run Club Board Openings
• Q&A Session

This meeting will provide an excellent opportunity for you to meet the head coach and board of the Home Run Club, ask any questions you may have, and learn how you can get involved to support our young athletes. We believe that your active participation and support are crucial to the success of our team.

If you are unable to attend but have questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us via email.

We are looking forward to an incredible baseball year and appreciate your commitment to making it a memorable and successful experience for our players. Your involvement as parents is invaluable to the success of our team.

• Blue and Gold money/order drop off will be on Nov. 3rd from 3:30-5:30 pm at the HS baseball field
  coach’s office. Players can bring me orders during the school day.
• The AWRE Sports Mobile video system has been approved for the high school field. The company we will use is working on communicating with IT on the technical side. Once that gets done and POs are approved we will be able to schedule the installation of the hardware.
• Baseball and Softball purchased a Stihl Yard Boss with a power broom attachment to maintain our turf field better.
• Cast and Bang Outfitters is selling custom Piedmont Wildcat outdoor furniture with all proceeds going back to the program.
