Piedmont Junior Varsity Wildcats easily dispatched Southmoore Junior Varsity SaberCats 12-2 on Tuesday

Piedmont Junior Varsity Wildcats fired up the offense in the first inning. Caden Cameron drew a walk, scoring one run.

Piedmont Junior Varsity Wildcats scored five runs in the fourth inning. Dylan Zerger, Xane Crawford, Tanner Teel, and Jackson Elliot each had RBIs in the big inning.

Caden Wiebusch was on the hill for Piedmont Junior Varsity Wildcats. The pitcher surrendered two runs on five hits over four innings, striking out six and walking one.

Connor Taylor was on the mound for Southmoore Junior Varsity SaberCats. Taylor lasted one-third of an inning, allowing zero hits and four runs. Nash Gallagher threw three and a third innings out of the bullpen.

Elliot went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Piedmont Junior Varsity Wildcats in hits.

Hudson Slate led Southmoore Junior Varsity SaberCats with two hits in two at bats.
