Zach Stephens is in his 6th year as a varsity assistant at Piedmont High School where he has been the pitching coach for all 6 of those years. Before coming to Piedmont he spent 2 years as a varsity assistant at Midwest City working primarily with pitchers. He started his coaching career as an assistant coach at Southmoore High School where he was for three years.

Coach Stephens played baseball at Classen School of Advanced Studies for 4 years from 2003-2006 where he played primarily catcher and 1st base. He then attended Oklahoma State University from 2006-2013 where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. He is married to Dr. Caitlin Stephens and they have twin 3-year-old boys named Wyatt and Grayson. The Stephens family currently resides in Oklahoma City, OK.
